One of the most frustrating things when managing WordPress is when something goes wrong and you’re just met with a blank page (also called the “White Screen of Death”). On WooCart we show you exactly what went wrong and how you can fix it. Watch the latest tutorial video on how you can troubleshoot errors with the Errors log.

Here are the highlights:

Error ID to get the log

If your store errs, you’ll receive an error ID that you can find in the Errors log.

Errors Log to find the exact error and culprit

Use the ID to find the error in the Errors tab, or just open the Errors tab to see if there are any.

Most errors will clearly show you the Culprit, the plugin, or theme that caused the issue. There is also a full trace of the error if you’re a developer or want someone to fix the plugin permanently.

WP-CLI to disable a plugin

Once you know which plugin caused the error, you can go to WP-CLI and disable it with a simple command. This will get your store back online.

WooCart’s Error management allows you to easily find and fix errors, in a simple, quick, and straightforward way.
