When do I need to upgrade my store's plan?
The store's plan needs to be upgraded when it hits the resource limit of memory or CPU. We show you how much memory and CPU your store is using under Server Metrics, and also ways to lower it under Plugin Metrics.

Does staging store impact my resource usage?
The staging store is a duplicate of your store on a separate environment but one that shares the disk space. That means if your store is 5 GB, you require a total of 10 GB disk space to run staging. The memory and CPU are not shared, and are the same on staging as on live.
What happens when the store hits the plan resource limit?
There are two resource limits, soft and hard. When the store hits the soft limit, you get a notification and the store slows down due to high resource usage. When the store hits the hard limit, you receive another notification and the store is shown as under maintenance for some visitors until the resource usage goes back down.
You can easily monitor the resource usage on the store dashboard.
How many stores can I host on my WooCart account?
You can host as many stores as you'd like. Resources are dedicated per store, and the price is per store. The plan can be changed individually for each store.
